90jili Terms and Conditions

In this document, "90jili", "platform" or "service" refers to all online gaming, sports betting, and casino services operated at 90jiliapp.cam. "User" or "member" refers to any person who has registered or is attempting to register at 90jili. "We" or "service provider" refers to the 90jili authority.

These terms apply equally to all services provided through the service's website, mobile application, and any digital channel. By accepting membership, creating an account, or participating in any game on the platform, you are agreeing to these terms.

To open a valid account at 90jili, members must provide accurate and complete information. The name, mobile number, and date of birth provided at registration must be correct. 90jili reserves the right to close at any time any account opened on the basis of false information.

• Each person may open only one account; multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• It is the member's responsibility to keep their account login details (username and password) completely confidential.
• The account may not be shared with or used by any third party.
• The mobile number and email used for registration must belong to the member personally.

Ensuring the security of the account is the member's own responsibility. The password should be strong and difficult to guess. If someone accesses your account without authorisation, you must notify 90jili support immediately. The member is solely responsible for any loss caused by unauthorised use of their account.

At registration or at any stage thereafter, 90jili may request copies of a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued documents to verify a member's identity, age, and address. Withdrawal requests may be put on hold until verification is complete.

If a member submits any false identity document or record, the account will be permanently closed immediately and the platform reserves the right to freeze all funds in the account.

The minimum deposit amount at 90jili is ৳200. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). Please ensure the correct amount and reference number when making a deposit — the member is responsible for any delays caused by incorrect information.

• Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in the member's own name.
• Deposits through third parties are not allowed.
• No cryptocurrency or digital tokens are accepted.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method and same-name account used for the deposit.

Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended if identity verification is not complete or if any active investigation is ongoing on the account. Withdrawals will also not be processed if active bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

Various promotions and bonus offers are available at 90jili. However, it is important to understand the relevant terms before claiming any bonus. A 150% bonus is available on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000; the wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount.

• Bonus funds are not direct cash — they cannot be withdrawn until the specified wagering requirements are met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time unless the promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise.
• If evidence of bonus abuse or fraud is found, the relevant bonus and any winnings earned will be cancelled.
• Each promotion has its own validity period and terms, which are detailed on the promotions page.
• Accurate information must be present in the account to claim special rewards such as birthday or referral bonuses.

The 90jili platform offers games across various categories including slots, live casino, cricket betting, football betting, and fishing games. Each game has its own rules and RTP. All game results are controlled by a random number generator (RNG) and no game outcome is predetermined.

For sports betting, 90jili reserves the right to suspend or cancel any market or event. If a bet remains unresolved due to internet disconnection or a technical error, it will be settled according to the applicable rules. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.

• The right to conduct an investigation is reserved if suspicious or unusual betting patterns are detected.
• If the result of a match or event is cancelled, the stake for the relevant bet will be returned to the member's account.
• Placing opposing bets on the same event (arbitrage) is prohibited.

Any of the activities listed below are strictly prohibited at 90jili. In the event of a violation of these rules, the account will be immediately suspended or permanently closed and the right to forfeit any balance is reserved.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering using a false identity or another person's details.
• Placing artificial bets, circular wagers, or transferring funds between accounts for the purpose of meeting bonus terms.
• Exploiting technical errors or software bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Playing games using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Threatening, harassing, or behaving inappropriately towards other members.
• Attempting to exploit any technical vulnerability or security flaw in the platform.

90jili reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time, without giving reasons. However, in most cases, the member is notified by email or via live chat before the account is closed.

Members can also request to close their account at any time by contacting support. The option of self-exclusion or a temporary break is also available under the Responsible Gaming policy. At the time of account closure, any bonus-related balance will be cancelled, but legitimate real money funds will be returned.

90jili services are provided "as is". The service may be temporarily unavailable due to internet disconnection, technical errors, or unplanned maintenance. In such situations, 90jili does not accept liability to members for uninterrupted service.

• 90jili is not responsible for any gaming losses that occur during server downtime or maintenance.
• 90jili is not directly liable for issues caused by technical errors from third-party game providers.
• The platform does not accept responsibility for losses caused by problems with the member's own device or internet connection.
